Any Charts For Balancing Amino Acids From Vegetables?
I'm trying to locate a chart that will give detailed guidance about how to mix vegetables to get proper amino acid combinations. I'm on a limited diet that avoids wheat and milk, and I generally avoid beans because they don't digest well. This makes my options for balancing various food sources somewhat more restrictive than the normal person's options. I would love to have a wall chart or pocket guide that I could use to help mix vegetables in a nutritionally beneficial way. This would also help me in getting some variety into my diet, since I would have more options for foods that mix together well.
Anything out there like a wall chart or pocket guide that does what I am looking for here?
